Our Work Process
Consultation With Client
Upon an enquiry by a client, we will arrange a meeting if the work/services required are a complex nature and require a face-to-face discussion. In the meeting we will take notes and details of the required signage and/or services.
Site Visit & Inspection
A skilled member of our team will visit the site if required to further inspect, take measurements, correct quantities, details of site to prepare and correctly quote for installation, as well as for the process and equipment required to safely install completed signage.
Design Artwork and/or Supplied
All our designs are done in house. We are able to handle projects from inception to completion. We are also able to take over projects and see them through completion. Our designers are able to work with other designers to achieve the best signage results.
The customer must provide a workable high-quality design for processing and print work if not designed in house. The preferable formats are PDF, PNG, Ai, PSD and/or JPEG.
The customer must before printing ensure that, the design required is correctly produced and is of the same scale required. Once the designs are certified correct by the customer/client, printing is executed according to the approved designs.
Manufacture/Fabrication
Once the designs have been approved and printed, skilled team members will inform the design team of the lead time or turnaround time to complete the fabrication process. The team will then commence with the fabrication/manufacture and assembly of the signs in the workshop.
Installation, Collection and/or Deliver
A team of skilled installers will receive the completed signs for delivery and/or installation on site. The team will liaise with the client for site access arrangements in order to install the signs safely and not impact on current operations.
Where required, the team will carry a safety file completed to the client’s satisfaction and detail.

It is also important to note that vehicle wrap is not for everyone, if you are looking for something permanent, we strongly suggest getting it spray-painted. Otherwise, vehicle wraps are for fun, looks and luxury.

Embroidery
Custom Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to stitch thread or yarn onto the garments. Embroidery is an effective way to get your business message across to a wide audience by putting your LOGO or BRAND on clothing, caps, work-wear, school-wear and all items that your customers use and see regularly. An embroidered logo outlasts the fabric or garment it is embroidered onto to, which makes it a preferred method of branding for workwear like overalls and any other items that are washed regularly.

Engraving
Laser Cutting & Engraving
We provide laser cutting and engrave services on wood, Perspex/Acrylic, row-mark, paper and a few other materials that can be cut with a CO2 laser. We can also do designs that require laser services through utilising CAD design. We fabrication and spray paint designs where required. You can also contact us for any laser cutting and/or engraving services. We are limited to a size of 2500mm x 1300mm as our machine can only do laser work up to the mentioned size.
Printing
Screen Printing
We offer a Screen printing method, where ink is pressed using a squeegee to pass through a polyester mesh to be imposed onto substrates. The mesh is coated with a photosensitive emulsion and exposed to UV light to transfer the image, creating a stencil for the printing process.
This method is not ideal for small quantities as you pay for screen setup and printing costs maybe high due to the technique of ink curing involved and consumption of electricity. However, it is your best option for bulk printing and vibrant colours. It works out cheaper for long runs with multiple colours. At Grafix24, we can only do screen printing up to 6 colours on light colour garments and up to 5 colours on dark colour garments.
